The large deck and pergola sun cover was added to this home in summer of 2009. The deck is made out of a composite plastic, railings are made out of metal and pergola is made out of vinyl providing a low maintenance solution. The pergola was added to the middle section to provide shade due to the location of the deck. It gets substantial sun in the evening and now the client can use their deck any time of the day.
