Custom built home with grand 18′ vaulted ceilings in the living/dining room. Loaded with features including energy saving in-floor heat in home and garage, surround sound, hickory custom cubbards and under cabinet lighting, bathrooms also have hickory cabinets and tile, bonus room above garage, 32×16 patio in back with a brick entrance covered patio in front.
Cabin Resort re-build

We did a lot of the finish work as well as helped in the construction of the main cabin re-build for a cabin resort in the hills. The original cabin was over 100 years old and was burned down in a fire. Only the best quality workmanship was expected and delivered. We built:
- Upper and lower fireplace mantles
- Lower fireplace pull out drawers, one that houses a full bag of pellets and one that acts as an access to easily reach the back of the fireplace for service and maintenance
- Lower dry bar
- Roof
- Upper kitchen including bar
- Finish trim
- 3 decks made out of redwood
- and various other work…
No maintenance deck

This client wanted a no-maintenance solution for his high maintenance log cabin in the hills. So, we re-built their deck with no-maintenance 50 year warranty recycled plastic lumber. The substructure was built out of treated pine and the decking and rails are made out of 100% recycled plastic lumber. We also extended out the existing decking an additional 4 feet to allow for a larger eating area and added a border design to match the colors of the cabin.
Living room addition

Addition opened up the kitchen and added a family room with a covered back deck. The lower part was turned into a mother-in-law apartment with a kitchenette.
Deck and Pergola Addition
January 6th, 2010 admin The large deck and pergola sun cover was added to this home in summer of 2009. The deck is made out of a composite plastic, railings are made out of metal and pergola is made out of vinyl providing a low maintenance solution. The pergola was added to the middle section to provide shade due to the location of the deck. It gets substantial sun in the evening and now the client can use their deck any time of the day.
Pergola kit provided by 4 Ever Green, decking and railing materials provided by the client.
